RU124X crossed roller bearing belongs to THK model high rigidity type RU series cross roller bearings. Both of RU124X inner and outer ring are solid one-piece structure, so it's suitable for inner and outer ring rotation. Besides, the mounting errors will be reduced to minimum, and RU124 bearings are easy to mount and install because of the mounting holes on inner and outer rings.

There are two types of RU124 bearing depending on the figure of mounting holes, RU124X and RU124G. Users can select based on their applications. BRS Bearing can also produce customized mounting holes according to customers requirements.

Below RU124X crossed roller bearing is one type we specially produced for a customer who requires higher running accuracy. Normally most customers require P5 grade, which requires axial/radial runout tolerance of inner ring to be within 0.005mm, and that of outer ring to be within 0.013mm. But the USP grade RU124X bearing has much higher requirements on the rotation accuracy. It's 0.002mm on the inner ring and 0.003mm on the outer ring. This high precision grade type is suited for applications such as precise instruments, etc. And extra attention shall be paid to when installing such high precision cross roller bearings.
