546mm Slewing Bearing EXR-16-438 Detail Specifications:

EXR-16-438 slewing bearing is BRS customized slewing ring. It is crossed roller slewing ring with external gear. There are four grooves on one end face of the inner ring. Since the special design of mounting holes on the inner ring, the processing is difficult. This 360x546x60mm slewing bearing has higher requirement on the precision and gear processing than common turntable bearings.

Slewing bearing external gear installation instructions

1.Before installation, please clean bearing bracket, shaft, or other components, make sure there is no burrs or rough edge.
2.Fix the inner and outer rings in the axial direction directly to the mounting surface by fixing bolts.
3. If large number of radial load and/or moment is applied, it is recommended to prepare flange part as Fig.4.
