CRBH208 belongs to IKO CRBH series crossed roller bearing. It's called high rigidity cross roller ring because CRBH series bearing has integrated inner and outer ring. Rollers and separators are placed on the raceway through a load plug. BRS only use high precision cylindrical rollers and high quality separators, which can ensure bearings high rotation accuracy.

P5 precision grade bearings can meet the requirements of most applications. BRS high precision bearing products can reach to P5 grade dimensional tolerance and P4 grade rotational tolerance.

After inspection on this batch of CRBH208 AUUC1 crossed roller bearing, the average radial/axial run-out of assembled bearing of inner ring is 2~3μm, and the average radial/axial run-out of assembled bearing of outer ring is 4~5μm. While the standard accuracy tolerance of inner ring run-out is 4μm and outer ring run-out is 7μm.
